Join a fast-paced, global FMCG organisation as Supply Planning Manager, you’ll lead a team of Supply Planners at the heart of the Supply Chain organisation, working closely with Marketing & Sales to keep demand and supply perfectly aligned. Part of the wider Operations function, this role plays a critical part in delivering the right products, at the right time, in the right way—balancing service, cost, quality, flexibility, and sustainability on a global scale.

You’ll drive collaboration from suppliers to customers, turn complexity into clarity, and ensure the supply chain performs at its best for both the business and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and represent the local Supply Chain Planning team, building a high-performing organisation through strong people development
  • Drive high customer service levels by proactively managing supply risks, stock availability, and demand alignment
  • Oversee inventory performance, including coverage, aging, slow-moving and obsolete stock, and cost optimization
  • Manage supply planning activities across internal operations, third-party partners, and co-packers
  • Ensure clear visibility and communication of supply chain performance, product availability, and risks to the business
  • Support financial targets through effective planning, phase-in/phase-out management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to projects, quality issue management, and ongoing supply chain optimisation
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, with a strong focus on planning functions
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams
  • Hands-on experience with SAP APO & SNP or equivalent advanced planning tools; OMP knowledge is essential
  • Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in complex, fast-changing environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement
