We're looking for an experienced Brand Manager with NPD experience to join and help drive growth across the portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a market‑leading brand within a fast‑paced, innovative FMCG business with ambitious plans for expansion.
About the Role As Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing plans, product innovations and growth initiatives.
A key focus of this role is exploring new product segments, identifying opportunities and bringing innovative ideas to market that deliver meaningful growth.
What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute brand plans.
Lead the development and launch of new products and innovations.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyse consumer insights, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with Commercial, Category, Innovation and Supply Chain teams to deliver successful launches.
Support brand performance through commercial analysis, including Brand P&L management.
Champion a consumer‑first approach in everything you do.
About You You’ll be an enthusiastic and commercially minded marketer who enjoys working collaboratively and thrives in a dynamic environment and has experience managing stage gate processes.
You’ll also have: Marketing experience within a branded FMCG business.
A proven track record of developing and launching new products.
Strong project management and problem‑solving skills.
The confidence to challenge thinking and bring fresh ideas.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
A collaborative approach and the ability to influence across functions.
Commercial awareness with experience working with Brand P&Ls.
Experience working across international markets or with distributors is desirable.
