I'm partnering with a well known global FMCG business to hire a motivated and relationship‑driven Customer Supply Chain Manager to help deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end service experience for their retail partners. If you enjoy improving service performance, building strong customer relationships, and leading teams, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.
As Customer Supply Chain Manager, you’ll act as the key interface between retail and the internal Supply Chain and Commercial teams. You’ll develop trusted partnerships with senior retail contacts, understand their needs, and drive continuous improvement across service, processes, and collaboration. You’ll also lead and develop a team of Customer Collaboration Specialists to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with senior customer supply chain and commercial stakeholders.
- Lead and coach a Customer Collaboration / Customer Experience team.
- Monitor and improve key service KPIs such as delivery performance, invoice accuracy, claims resolution, forecast accuracy, and on‑shelf availability.
- Understand customer processes and culture to identify opportunities to improve service and reduce cost‑to‑serve.
- Bring customer insight into the business and ensure their needs shape internal decision‑making.
- Work with Customer Development to integrate customer input into forecasting and joint plans.
- Contribute to Customer Operations strategy and support wider improvement initiatives.
