Are you creative, collaborative and commercial? Do you love complexity and have experience in a fast paced international retail marketing role? Have you led creative execution and been hands on?
You will be responsible for creating relevant and engaging customer campaigns (online and offline), engagement initiatives and business as usual communications with a Team of 5 across social media and content. Working with the wider marketing team and the product category teams across the business, the Head of Brand and Content will be the guardian of brand messaging, design, content generation (across all channels) and will maintain the tone of voice across the business. As such, the individual will be able to provide guidance on best practice across a range of mediums, have a strong creative skill set and a firm grasp of brand strategy.
The role:
- Defining the social media strategy and paid advertising/affiliate and influencer strategy.
- Build brand awareness.
- Defining our approach and PR strategy for both Trade and Retail end consumer.
- Leading on selection, contract negotiation and strategic management of PR Agency.
- Leadership, hiring, developing and retaining talent within a positive environment, ensuring that the team has the right attributes and configuration to enable success.
Key requirements:
- A proven track record of creating impactful consumer facing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience of leading a Brand content team either within an agency or in-house.
- Experience of developing powerful direct response communications.
- Experience of creating omnichannel campaigns across digital and offline media.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects, internationally on time and budget.
- Highly collaborative: You should be comfortable working with people across the business in a highly collaborative manner – adapting your style where relevant to gain buy-in to ideas.
- Multichannel marketing background.
- International marketing experience.
- Good understanding of working in a fast paced Retailer.
