Demand Planner – High Growth Personal Care Brand Location: Central London – Hybrid (1 day per week office-based) Salary: Up to £50,000 Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Holiday & more Join a high-growth personal care brand that\’s disrupting its category with innovation, quality, and a bold brand identity. As a Demand Planner, you’ll be the go-to person for delivering accurate product forecasts, ensuring commercial plans translate into supply chain efficiency across the UK market. This is a key role in a dynamic, growing business where you’ll take ownership of demand planning while working cross-functionally with commercial and supply teams. If you’re analytical, detail-driven, and excited by a fast-paced FMCG environment, this one’s for you. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain 12-month rolling demand forecasts using SAP IBP and other tools. Work closely with commercial teams to integrate customer insights, promotions, and new product plans into the forecast. Analyse forecast performance vs actuals and recommend adjustments to improve accuracy. Lead and facilitate monthly demand planning and S&OP meetings. Provide insights into slow-moving stock and write-off risks to support decision-making. Collaborate with supply planning to optimise inventory levels and ensure availability. What We’re Looking For Essential: 2 years of demand planning or forecasting experience within FMCG (personal care, cosmetics, food, or pharma ideal). Strong Excel skills (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, VBA a plus). Experience with SAP IBP or similar demand planning systems. Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across teams.
