Demand Planner – High Growth Personal Care Brand
Location: Central London – Hybrid (1 day per week office-based)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Holiday & more

As a Demand Planner, you’ll be the go-to person for delivering accurate product forecasts, ensuring commercial plans translate into supply chain efficiency across the UK market. This is a key role in a dynamic, growing business where you’ll take ownership of demand planning while working cross-functionally with commercial and supply teams. Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain 12-month rolling demand forecasts using SAP IBP and other tools.
- Work closely with commercial teams to integrate customer insights, promotions, and new product plans into the forecast.
- Analyse forecast performance vs actuals and recommend adjustments to improve accuracy.
- Lead and facilitate monthly demand planning and S&OP meetings.
- Provide insights into slow-moving stock and write-off risks to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with supply planning to optimise inventory levels and ensure availability.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: 2+ years of demand planning or forecasting experience within FMCG (personal care, cosmetics, food, or pharma ideal).
- Strong Excel skills (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, VBA a plus).
- Experience with SAP IBP or similar demand planning systems.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across teams.
- Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities in a high-growth business.
