They are now seeking a Customer Account Manager to support the acceleration of their Rapid Delivery business. The Customer Account Manager will support the controller with the day-to-day relationship with key customers; building, developing and executing JBP plans which deliver USG, Share and Profitability growth, as well as the long-term Rapid Delivery strategy to accelerate their growth plans.
What will my key accountabilities be ?
- To build strong and sustainable customer relationships with your designated Rapid Delivery customers.
- P&L responsibility for your customers, including the delivery of internal metrics ( vol, turnover, gross profit ) and all direct investment
- Build & execute winning joint business plans
- Designing and executing a multi-year Rapid Delivery strategy to accelerate growth
- Manage in-month performance vs forecast & effectively manage accruals, pricing, range changes & S&OP.
- Provide clear, timely and actionable business reviews, inputs and update to all relevant functions
Who will I be working with?
External:Customer & their teams including the buying teams, supply chain & marketing
Internal: Wide range of stakeholders across marketing, brand, demand & supply chain and category contacts
A great candidate will have:
- Customer management experience β ideally from a previous or current high impact CAE/CAM role
- Strong commercial acumen & commercial creativity with previous E2E experience managing a P&L
- Exceptional customer partnering skills
- Internal reporting accuracy
- Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders β internally & externally
- Holistic selling experience with demonstrable skill in using category, shopper and customer data to build compelling selling stories
