Develop and manage the social media strategy across multiple European markets. Oversee performance across all channels, using data to drive follower growth, engagement, acquisition, and retention. Define and enhance store-level social media strategies setting guidelines, auditing performance, and coaching local teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing teams to brief and tailor assets for each channel and market. Deliver actionable insights through detailed reporting and a test-and-learn approach to optimise performance.
