We are partnering on a confidential search for a Senior Commercial Strategy Manager with a market-leading beverages business. This is a strategically important role, operating across commercial leadership, customer strategy and brand growth, offering significant visibility across senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy across key UK customers, channels and brands, working cross-functionally to unlock growth, strengthen customer partnerships and deliver best-in-class commercial execution.
The Opportunity
- Lead commercial planning and performance management across key customers and channels, identifying risks and opportunities to unlock growth.
- Shape go-to-market strategies for both established and emerging beverage brands, supporting successful launches and long-term brand growth.
- Translate customer, shopper and market insight into clear commercial actions and strategic recommendations.
- Build compelling commercial narratives and influence senior stakeholders through data-led storytelling and strategic thinking.
- Operate cross-functionally across commercial, customer, brand and route-to-market teams to drive executional excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer experience across multiple channels, ideally including grocery, impulse, wholesale, away-from-home, on-trade or emerging digital commerce environments.
- A strong track record of commercial delivery within a blue-chip or highly sophisticated FMCG environment.
- Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex commercial issues with clarity and credibility.
- Experience translating insight, customer dynamics and market trends into actionable commercial strategy.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring teams together.
