As one of our most loved iconic household brands, we're now expanding across Europe—and we're looking for a Brand Manager to lead our growth in Europe. We're building something big—bringing bold, globally inspired flavours to more people across Europe. The category is growing fast, and we're already leading in several markets. Now, we're looking for a Brand Manager to help take things to the next level.
This role sits at the heart of our European growth strategy. You'll help shape brand plans, launch new products, and identify fresh opportunities to expand our portfolio into new spaces. If you enjoy turning ideas into action and making a visible impact, this could be a great fit.
You'll also work closely with distributor partners across different markets—so staying connected to local trends, consumer behaviours, and cultural nuances will be key.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the development and execution of brand and innovation plans across Europe
- Identifying new growth opportunities, including entering new product segments
- Partnering with distributors and cross-functional teams to bring plans to life
- Keeping a close pulse on market trends and consumer preferences
- Contributing to commercial decisions, including brand performance and P&L awareness
What we're looking for:
- A proactive, ideas-driven marketer who enjoys solving problems and trying new approaches
- Someone who collaborates easily and brings out the best in others
- Confident in forming opinions and testing them in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of brand performance drivers
- Consumer-focused—you think about what will resonate locally, not just globally
- A team player with energy, curiosity, and a drive to grow
Your Experience:
- Experience in FMCG marketing, working with established brands
- Experience launching or managing new products
- Exposure to international markets or working with distributors is a plus but not essential
