We’re looking for a highly creative, culturally aware Creative Lead to join a fast-growing creative agency working with some of the world’s biggest brands across social-first and video-led campaigns. This is not a traditional advertising role. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes storytelling, understands internet culture, and knows how to create ideas that genuinely make people stop scrolling.

The ideal person will come from a background in film, video, editing, entertainment, social content, production, or creative storytelling, someone who can take a simple brief and turn it into bold, engaging, and attention-grabbing creative concepts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading creative ideation for social and video-led campaigns
  • Developing pitch concepts, storytelling angles, and campaign narratives
  • Working closely with production, editors, and creative teams from concept to execution
  • Contributing to client pitches and creative presentations
  • Bringing culturally relevant, entertaining, and innovative ideas to life
  • Creating work that feels modern, social-first, and audience-driven

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in social content, film, TV, production, entertainment, or creative storytelling
  • Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating concept-driven and video-led work
  • Experience within creative, digital, social, or production environments
