- EDI Interfaces & Changes - manage & implement
- OTC - Support with SAP System upgrades & changes
- Middleware Integration Support SAP XI & VAN
- Manage & Support with customer accounts/credits
- Support with Audit Controls & Compliance
- Testing - Support Testing activities - EDI
- Third Parties - Partner with System Integrator - Log & Test Incidents
- System Upgrades - Monitor Release Calendar
