Requirements

  • Good understanding of Order to Cash and Supply Chain processes, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC6.
  • Around 3 years of experience in EDI application support, including maintaining and optimising EDI.
  • Strong experience with EDI maps, IDocs, messaging, data troubleshooting, and onboarding customers.
  • Experience managing EDI interfaces and changes, and supporting SAP system upgrades and changes.
  • Experience supporting middleware integration, including SAP XI and VAN.
  • Experience supporting customer accounts and credits, audit controls, compliance, testing, and incident logging/testing with third parties.
  • Ability to monitor release calendars and support local and global SAP/EDI projects.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, engaging, and driven approach.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Support SAP EDI operations and application support activities.
  • Maintain and optimise EDI, including maps, IDocs, messaging, interfaces, and related data troubleshooting.
  • Onboard customers and manage/support EDI messaging and interfaces.
  • Support SAP system upgrades and changes, including OTC-related activities.
  • Provide middleware integration support across SAP XI and VAN.
  • Manage and support customer accounts and credits.
  • Support audit controls, compliance, and testing activities for EDI.
  • Work with third-party system integrators to log and test incidents.
  • Monitor release calendars and support local and global SAP/EDI projects.
  • Carry out data analysis and reporting using Excel.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver support.
