Requirements
- Good understanding of Order to Cash and Supply Chain processes, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC6.
- Around 3 years of experience in EDI application support, including maintaining and optimising EDI.
- Strong experience with EDI maps, IDocs, messaging, data troubleshooting, and onboarding customers.
- Experience managing EDI interfaces and changes, and supporting SAP system upgrades and changes.
- Experience supporting middleware integration, including SAP XI and VAN.
- Experience supporting customer accounts and credits, audit controls, compliance, testing, and incident logging/testing with third parties.
- Ability to monitor release calendars and support local and global SAP/EDI projects.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative, engaging, and driven approach.
