- Support and participate in a weekly call-out rota (with additional compensation)
- Oversee technical operations within the roastery and workshop
- Work cross-functionally with operations and commercial teams to support wholesale growth
What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading or supervising a field-based technical or service team
- Strong organisational skills, able to bring structure and improve processes
- Hands-on technical background, ideally with electrical experience or similar
- Comfortable balancing being on the tools with managing a team
- Personable and service-led, able to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Full UK driving licence (travel required)
What’s in it for you:
- £45–47.5k base plus call out bonus
- Hybrid working with a London base (East London)
- 9-day fortnight post-probation
- Free coffee and generous café discount
- Free gym membership and cycle to work scheme
