  • Support with SAP System upgrades & changes
  • Middleware Integration Support SAP XI & VAN
  • Manage & Support with customer accounts/credits
  • Support with Audit Controls & Compliance Testing
  • Support Testing activities - EDI Third Parties
  • Partner with System Integrator - Log & Test Incidents
