Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an L&D Advisor located in Glasgow. The L&D Advisor will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, and developing instructional materials. Day-to-day tasks include skills gap analysis, coordinating training activities, evaluating learning outcomes, and improving current training effectiveness.


While not always responsible for broader HR matters, the role sits within the HR team and the role will support HR/ER functions.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Training & Development and Training techniques
  • Skills in Instructional Design and creating effective training materials
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Some HR experience, in particular basic ER, would be preferred
  • Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
