We are seeking a dedicated Fee Earner to join our team and provide high-quality legal services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering accurate legal advice, managing conveyancing matters, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves handling residential conveyancing work while also assisting other departments as needed. Some flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional legal services in accordance with the Firm’s standards and professional guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and professionals to foster referrals and promote the growth of the practice.
- Meet targets for earning fees and time recording.
- Advise clients on conveyancing matters, inform them of associated costs, and draft appropriate documents.
- Conduct legal research as necessary and attend court as required.
- Maintain organized client files and handle correspondence in a timely manner.
- Assist with training, administration tasks, and other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing.
- CILEx membership or practicing certificate (preferred).
- Ability to work in Petersfield, GU32 3JJ, and commute/relocate if necessary.
- Strong communication, organizational, and research skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and self-development.
Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
