We are a small, friendly Solicitors practice in Petersfield looking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team. In this varied role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional front‑of‑house experience, while also supporting the smooth running of our busy office with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administration experience (essential)
  • Previous reception experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A friendly, positive manner and excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and confidence using the telephone & standard office software
