A well-established property consultancy is looking for a Building Surveyor to join its Head office in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience post-graduation who is keen to continue developing their career with structured training, professional support, and exposure to a wide variety of projects.
The Role
- Carry out building surveys, condition assessments, and compliance inspections
- Support refurbishment and development projects through all stages
- Assist with feasibility studies, funding applications, and cost assessments
- Work alongside experienced surveyors, architects, and project managers
- Build confidence in client-facing situations while being mentored by senior staff
About You
- We're looking for someone who has 1-4 years' experience in building surveying (graduate or assistant level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Is working towards APC / MRICS qualification (full support will be provided)
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Communicates clearly and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
- Has a proactive, professional approach to problem-solving
