We’re hiring a non‑traditional Legal position for a Corporate / M&A renewables Lawyer to join an AI‑native renewables M&A platform. This is not a traditional in‑house role and is ideal for a Lawyer who wants to operate at the frontier of AI, renewables, and deal execution. It’s a chance to shape how complex energy transactions are automated, standardised, and scaled.

Working across BESS, solar, onshore/offshore wind and over time, geothermal, hydrogen and data‑centre infrastructure.

We are interested in speaking with Renewable Energy Lawyers with experience in energy regulatory, project development, or infrastructure transactions. European languages would also be beneficial.
