This is not a traditional in‑house role; you will work closely with the Founders shaping how complex energy transactions are automated, standardised, and scaled. It’s part legal, part product, part market‑builder. Ideal for a lawyer who wants to operate at the frontier of AI, renewables, and deal execution.
This will include:
- Providing red‑flag legal due diligence validation and identifying gaps in model outputs.
- Scoping regulatory rules and replicating them across new European markets.
- Supporting to build/legal-map renewable M&A ontology and QA model outputs.
- Helping translate legal judgement into machine‑readable rules and improvement requests for models.
- Leading partner relationships with M&A boutiques and client conversations.
- Working across BESS, solar, onshore wind and over time, geothermal, hydrogen and data‑centre infrastructure.
We are keen to speak with Renewable Energy M&A Lawyers who embrace new technology and are excited by working in a VC backed business where you will play a key role supporting the Founders expand into new markets across Europe. European languages would also be beneficial.
