A fast‑growing international organisation is seeking to appoint a Head of Legal to support the business as it expands across the UK and overseas. This is a broad, influential role offering direct access to the Board and senior leadership, with responsibility for overseeing legal risk, governance and compliance across the group.

You will act as the company’s primary legal adviser, providing clear, commercially grounded guidance on commercial contracting, regulatory matters, governance frameworks, risk management and multi‑jurisdictional compliance. Your work will help the business move at pace while maintaining clarity, control and strong decision‑making.

You’ll support new market entry, oversee overseas structures and local operations, and manage cross‑border regulatory obligations including trade compliance, sanctions, import/export controls and local contracting requirements. You’ll also lead on customer, supplier, distribution, agency and technology agreements, working closely with Finance, Operations, HR, Tax and Commercial teams to ensure expansion is legally robust and commercially aligned.

This is a high‑impact role suited to a pragmatic, commercially minded lawyer who enjoys variety, autonomy and direct influence. It offers visibility at the highest level and the opportunity to play a central role in the organisation’s continued international growth.
