Our award winning and market leading client, renowned for creating a positive and highly attractive working environment and culture has an opening for a senior commercial legal counsel.

Reporting directly into the Chief Legal Officer known for mentoring, developing and supporting, this is the perfect time to join this dynamic in-house legal team in a key senior role. Working alongside the Senior Corporate Counsel and Legal Counsel, you will act as the lead commercial specialist, delivering a "best in class" service across the business.

You will take ownership of commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation and contract management, ensuring the Group remains legally compliant while effectively mitigating commercial risk. You will also be responsible for rolling out the CLM, from inception through to delivery, continuously building, maintaining and developing processes, procedures and uses of technology.

This is an autonomous role which offers a wonderfully varied and challenging role within the Commercial Contracts arena. If you’re driven by delivering "best‑in‑class" commercial contracting impacting across a £2bn organisation, this is a great opportunity.
