The role
Working closely with the Global Head of Insurance, in a highly autonomous role you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance coverage, refine insurance lines and advise senior leaders worldwide on complex matters including policy interpretation, claims, contractual risk and emerging exposures. You will collaborate across Legal, Finance, Risk and country leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor on all insurance‑related matters and ensuring the organisation is protected across diverse and complex operational environments. The role also involves close engagement with regional and global leadership boards, where you will provide expert guidance on claims strategy and risk mitigation. In addition, you will negotiate confidently with brokers and insurers to secure robust, cost‑effective protection, fostering strong, long‑term relationships with key external partners.
