MacIntyre is seeking an experienced Workforce Recruitment Officer to strengthen recruitment across MacIntyre School and Children’s Homes. Based across Wingrave, Leighton Buzzard, and St Albans, you will work with operational leaders to simplify vacancies, attract candidates, and shorten the recruitment journey from interest to employment.
You will coordinate a busy recruitment pipeline (200–300 appointments/year), travel between sites, and support managers with pace and fair recruitment.
