We're looking for a male Support Worker to join our team. We're looking for someone to support a fantastic young man, Ellis. He's looking forward to building his independence with a team who really gets him. He enjoys having his support team alongside him - encouraging him, praising him, and getting stuck into his favourite activities:

  • Splashing about and relaxing with water play
  • Watching everything from Mrs Brown's Boys to High School Musical on his iPad
  • Getting outdoors and walking - in any weather! Ellis is a big fan of litter picking and keeping active

You'll need a full manual driving licence for this role, so you can support Ellis to get out and about and enjoy the things he loves. If you're patient, warm, and ready to build a genuine friendship supporting Ellis, we'd love to hear from you.
