Job Description:

You will provide invaluable support to 7 wonderful people with learning disabilities who live in their own house in Westoning.
We are offering Full-time and Part- time Female only Support Worker positions ranging from 15 – 37.5 hrs hours per week, 7.30 am – 3pm and 2.20 pm – 10pm. Hours are worked on a rota so will include weekends, Bank Holidays and sleep ins, to cover 24/7, working a variety of shifts.
Your ability to drive unlocks the opportunities for people to do the things they really enjoy. So you must be a driver with a manual license. Don\’t worry! You won\’t be racing between appointments.

Training and Development
At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
