About the role
We're looking for a passionate, driven Deputy Manager to join our Lifelong Learning Centre in Oxfordshire and help us deliver an outstanding service for the people we support. You'll work alongside the Frontline Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the centre, supporting, coaching and inspiring your team while ensuring the people we support receive the best possible service.
