Join our friendly and supportive HR team and champion the people who make our national charity possible. In this role, you will take responsibility for HR advisory support of a dedicated business area. You will act as the go-to trusted advisor for line managers, coaching and guiding them to create a positive employee experience that ensures fair, consistent and inclusive people practices. You'll be providing practical advice that helps our managers confidently and consistently manage performance, attendance, conduct and well-being. As part of our wider People Team you will work collaboratively with our colleagues in Recruitment and L&D.

What You Will Do:
- Coach and guide managers: Act as the first point of contact to proactively coach and guide managers with their people related matters.
- Promote Well-being: Ensure staff well-being, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) sit at the heart of every decision.
- ER Lead: Support and advise on ER situations within your area, ensuring fair and consistent policy application, providing all related documentation to required legal standards.
- Support strategic change: Support the work of the wider People Team in achieving MacIntyre's strategic aims. Get hands-on exposure to major people projects across the People Team. Be involved with policy creation, HR training delivery, and more complex organisational change including TUPE, all of which support MacIntyre's developing people strategy.
