Your Role: Practice Leader, Change Maker, Coach
As a PBS Facilitator, you will lead by example on the ground and in the moment. You will support teams working with young people who face challenges, using MacIntyre's evidence-based PBS framework. Your role will be to:
- Role model outstanding, person-centred support.
- Directly support "focus support" level learners 2 days a week, with 3 days working on plans and assessments.
- Coach teams in real time to embed best practice.
- Support with behavioural assessments, data collection and reviews.
- Develop leadership skills in others to build sustainable, positive cultures of support.
- Be part of the No Limits PBS Team, managed by our PBS Lead to ensure you are fully supported.

You're not just experienced you care. You have worked with young people with diverse needs, and you understand the importance of consistent, compassionate practice. You know how to:

- Coach and support others with patience and clarity.
- Use evidence and data to guide improvements.
- Stay curious, creative and focused on what matters most: the person.
- Have a Licence and own car, with business insurance.
