MacIntyre College Buckinghamshire will open in September 2027 as a new specialist post-16 provision for young people with learning disabilities and/or autism. We are seeking a visionary Founding Principal to design the curriculum, recruit and develop the team, establish culture and learning environments, and lead the practical work to readiness.
From January 2027 you will lead the college from its inception and, from September 2027, guide it as it welcomes its first learners.
