MacIntyre is recruiting a Deputy Manager for our supported living home in Flitwick, Bedfordshire. This full-time role (37.5 hours) across a 24/7 rota includes weekends and sleep-ins (£70 sleep-in rate).
You will work with the Frontline Manager to lead about 27 colleagues, fostering a person-centred, values-driven culture where people we support thrive. You’ll coach and supervise the team, plan rotas, monitor quality, and prepare for inspections while ensuring safe, high‑quality care.
