Mac Intyre is a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities.

We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our People Team as a trusted contact for managers across a designated area, predominantly focusing on employee relations.

You will advise on disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance while promoting fair, consistent handling of people matters, and contributing to policy and training initiatives.
