Location: MacIntyre School, Wingrave

Hours: Term-time only, 38.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

Experience: Not required; we'll provide all training

Join MacIntyre School as a SEN Learning Support Assistant. We're looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team and make a lasting impact. You will work closely with students aged 10-19, supporting them 1:1 and in small groups, helping them to grow, learn, and navigate challenging behaviours in a safe and supportive environment.

Training and Development:

At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
