You’ll tailor learning around each learner’s strengths and outcomes, work with families and professionals to achieve goals, and spend one day weekly with learners to model creative practice.
A QTS or Level 5 PGCE is preferred, SEN experience, driving licence, and willingness to travel across Oxfordshire are essential.
