About the Role
This role is shared between two services, supporting adults aged 40 to 65 to live as independently as possible. Each day brings variety.
- Support someone to join a local activity or try something new
- Help with daily routines and personal goals
- Promote independence and wellbeing
- Listen, share a laugh, and brighten someone’s day
You’ll also take on leadership tasks, including planning rotas, supervising team members, assisting with recruitment and induction, and stepping in for the frontline manager when needed.
Training and Support
Some people may need help with personal care, medication, or managing challenging behaviour. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to feel confident in your role.
Working Hours
Shift-based role including early and late shifts, weekends.
