In this role, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our homes and learning environments, supporting the wellbeing, comfort, and safety of the people who draw on our support.
Duties will include:
- Cleaning communal areas, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other designated spaces
- Laundry duties
- Waste disposal
- General tidying
- Deep cleaning tasks
You will work as part of a respectful and supportive team, following cleaning schedules, infection prevention procedures, COSHH regulations, and health & safety guidance. You will also be responsible for reporting any maintenance, safety, safeguarding, or supply concerns to your line manager.

Training and Development:
At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. Throughout your probation, we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job. Throughout your career with us, you will have access to our own dedicated in-house Learning and Development team, Quality Specialists and HR Teams.
