MacIntyre is seeking a Deputy Manager for our supported living home in Flitwick. You will help lead a team of around 27 staff and support six people with a learning disability to live meaningful lives.
The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with a 24/7 rota including sleep-ins at a rate of £70 per sleep-in. You will supervise, coach and develop the team, plan rotas with Planday, and contribute to quality assurance and inspections.
