Core Purpose / Responsibilities
The Executive Principal will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of their designated school (Great Sankey High School) and the leadership of school improvement projects across the Trust, as directed by the Chief Executive Officer. Specific wider Trust responsibilities will be determined based on the strengths of the postholder and the needs of the Trust. Responsibilities may be subject to change in the future depending on the developing needs of the Trust/Designated School(s).
The Executive Principal will promote the Trust’s culture and ethos and ensure the highest standards and expectations in teaching, learning, behaviour management and community engagement, in keeping with Trustees’ vision.
