Job Description Are you passionate about child‑led learning, outdoor adventures, and making a real difference in little learners’ lives? Stamford Nursery and Preschool is looking for an Early Years Practitioner who is ready to jump in, get hands‑on, and inspire curious minds every day!

Responsibilities As an Early Years Practitioner you will develop and deliver engaging learning experiences that promote the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development and wellbeing.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Hands‑on experience working with young children in an Early Years setting
  • Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with children and adults
  • Paediatric First Aid and basic food hygiene certificate (desirable)
  • Digital literacy
  • Creativity in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences
  • Forest School or outdoor learning qualification (advantage)
