GRT INCLUSION MANAGER (Leeds East Academy) – Grade: SO1-SO2 (Actual Salary £30,512 to £34,693). Hours: 35.5 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion inclusion and drive positive change for GRT students across the school.
- Support the implementation and effective running of the Positive Behaviour (PB) policy.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to provide holistic support to key students.
- Address attendance concerns and identify barriers to engagement.
- Ensure safeguarding and pastoral care are of the highest standard.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment.
