Job Description
Grade: SO1-SO2 (Actual Salary £30,512 to £34,693)
Hours: 35.5 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days
About The Role
As GRT Inclusion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a culture of belonging and empowerment within the GRT community. You will lead initiatives that promote inclusion, improve engagement, and support the implementation of our Positive Behaviour (PB) policy. Your work will directly impact the lives of students by ensuring they receive the pastoral care, safeguarding, and personal development support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion inclusion and drive positive change for GRT students across the school.
- Support the implementation and effective running of the PB policy.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to provide holistic support to key students.
- Address attendance concerns and identify barriers to engagement.
- Ensure safeguarding and pastoral care are of the highest standard.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment.
