Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and effective running of the Positive Behaviour (PB) policy.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to provide holistic support to key students.
  • Address attendance concerns and identify barriers to engagement.
  • Ensure safeguarding and pastoral care are of the highest standard.
