Hereward College is seeking a Progress Coach to monitor and support a caseload of learners, ensuring their progress and successful transition.

You will work with learners, parents and staff to coordinate planning, review progress and implement intervention strategies to maximise outcomes.

The role requires direct work with young people with LLDD, experience in multi-disciplinary teams, and Level 2 numeracy and literacy.

Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
