Position: Teaching Assistant (SEND & Pastoral Support)

Location: Bishops Cleeve Primary Academy

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Working Weeks: 38 (term time only)

Contract: 12 months fixed term

Salary: Level 3 qualified – £20,669 per annum; Level 2 qualified – £18,497 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils in their learning journey
  • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support
  • Help build pupils’ confidence, independence, and resilience
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
