Job Description
NJC Grade B3 Scale Points 7 – 11. (Actual Salary £22 458.39 to £23 937.58 Per Annum.) 37 Hours Per Week. Permanent – Term Time Only, Plus 2 Additional Days. Required ASAP.
Prince Henry’s Grammar School is seeking a highly organised and committed individual to join our front office team as an Attendance Administrator.
The successful candidate will ensure all student registers are completed accurately and promptly, identifying and following up any gaps or anomalies. The post holder will also process absence request forms and maintain clear, up‑to‑date records.
Required Skills and Experience
- English & Mathematics GCSE Grade A*‑C or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of school attendance processes (desirable)
