Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring payroll processes are delivered accurately and efficiently, while providing guidance and support to a team of payroll professionals. Key Responsibilities - Support the delivery of payroll processes across the organisation - Provide day-to-day guidance and support to payroll team members - Ensure compliance with current payroll legislation and internal procedures - Process payroll-related payments, deductions and adjustments accurately - Support pension administration activities - Assist with payroll reporting and audit requirements - Resolve payroll queries and provide a high level of internal customer service - Support system updates, testing and continuous improvement initiatives - Contribute to year-end payroll activities About You - Previous payroll experience within a busy payroll environment - Supervisory or team leadership experience - Strong understanding of payroll legislation and processes - Experience using payroll systems - Good Excel and reporting skills - Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - A proactive and collaborative approach This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation that values accuracy, teamwork and continuous improvement.
