Talent Acquisition AdvisorLocation: Warwick Full Time | Hybrid 3 days office, 2 days home Salary: £30,000 – £35,000pa DOE

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll be a key part of a supportive and collaborative Talent team, working closely with both the Talent Acquisition Partner and Manager. Your role will be vital in helping to deliver the business's Talent Strategy sourcing great candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a brilliant experience for hiring managers and candidates alike.

This is a great opportunity for someone with in-house or agency recruitment experience who's ready to take ownership and step into an advisory-level role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels helping to reduce agency spend.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the wider Talent team to understand recruitment needs, now and in the future.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, offering expert recruitment advice and support.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including CV screening, telephone interviews, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Support and attend recruitment events such as open days and careers fairs.
  • Get involved in recruitment-related projects and administrative support as needed.

What we're looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment (either agency or in-house) with a good understanding of best practice.
  • Confident sourcing candidates directly using various platforms.
  • Comfortable advising and influencing stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment systems (ATS) is beneficial.
