Macildowie are working with this client based in Rocester, Staffordshire to recruit a Marketing Campaign Manager on a fixed-term basis, providing maternity leave cover for up to 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation operating within the specialist asset finance sector, supporting customers across agricultural, construction and industrial markets.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you'll take on a broad and varied marketing role covering digital campaigns, social media, website management, advertising, customer communications and marketing operations.
The Role
You'll support the delivery of the organisation's wider marketing strategy, taking responsibility for a varied mix of digital, campaign and operational activity. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing advertising campaigns and marketing communications
- Supporting digital and social media activity across channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Managing direct marketing and customer database activity
- Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns
- Updating and maintaining website content
- Supporting SEO activity and monitoring website performance
- Using Google Analytics to monitor and evaluate digital activity
- Producing customer surveys and evaluating feedback
- Ensuring marketing content adheres to relevant regulatory and brand guidelines
- Monitoring competitor digital marketing activity and making recommendations
- Liaising with external marketing agencies, suppliers and other third-party partners
- Supporting sales and marketing meetings, campaigns and events
- Providing wider administrative support to the Marketing team
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have at least 12 months' experience within a marketing position, although applications are also welcomed from recent Marketing or Digital Marketing graduates who can demonstrate relevant practical experience. You'll ideally bring:
- Experience across digital and online marketing
- Social media management experience
- Email marketing platform experience
- An understanding of SEO and website content management
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar creative software
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities
- A creative approach and an eye for design
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A collaborative, self-motivated approach
Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous but isn't essential, as relevant training will be provided. A full driving licence is required due to occasional duties associated with the role.
