We are seeking an experienced and organised Residential Legal Secretary to join a busy and well-regarded law firm in Stafford. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full secretarial support to residential conveyancing fee earners
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, transfers, and completion statements
  • Managing client files from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
  • Diary management and coordinating appointments
