What you'll be doing:
- Designing and executing test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
- Performing functional, regression, and system testing.
- Reporting defects and working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Ensuring applications meet business requirements and provide an excellent user experience.
- Supporting automation testing where possible, with opportunities to grow your skills in this area over time.
- Getting hands-on with installations, upgrades, and configuration testing.
What we're looking for:
- Some experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of testing best practices and the software development lifecycle.
- Great attention to detail, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- ISTQB/ISEB foundation certificate and exposure to automation tools are a bonus – but not essential.
What's on offer:
- £30,500 – £32,000 per annum.

- 30 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Company pension, life assurance, sick pay, and income protection.
- Private health & dental (optional).
- Performance-related bonus scheme.
- Ongoing training & development opportunities.
- A genuinely welcoming, supportive, and people-first culture.
If you're looking for a role where you can develop your testing career, gain valuable hands-on experience, and grow into automation in the future, we'd love to hear from you.
