We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer ready to design and deliver scalable, impactful Salesforce solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a flexible, innovative team where your work directly supports customer experience and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work within CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality deployments and smooth releases
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Resolve bugs and performance issues in the Salesforce platform, ensuring long-term system health
  • Champion Salesforce best practices across development, security, and scalability
  • Contribute to process improvements, platform optimisation, and end-user experience
  • Document technical work and contribute to team knowledge sharing

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, integration techniques, and governor limits
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a bonus)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II or additional certifications are a plus)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and source control (e.g., GitHub)
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming and web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments, using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with great problem-solving skills
  • Experience in regulated sectors (e.g. financial services) is a plus

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Hybrid working – enjoy the flexibility of remote work while being part of a team that meets in Nottingham when needed
  • Join a team where Salesforce is central to the tech strategy, not an afterthought
  • Career progression through certification support, technical mentoring, and hands-on project work
  • Play a key role in shaping and optimising the Salesforce ecosystem in a growing company
  • Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values creativity and ownership

Perks & Benefits:

  • 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays), plus additional days with length of service
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Health insurance & company pension
  • Central Nottingham office with coffee lounge, breakout areas, and games room
  • Casual dress & regular social events
  • Employee Assistance Program for wellbeing
  • A company that genuinely values tech and its people
